Your Career Growth (As Well As Salary) Is Halted

Salary growth is definitely a clear sign that your employer wants you in his/her team. A higher position means the same, too. But what happens when your career growth is halted? Well, maybe your boss is trying to tell you that he/she wants you to retire.
