Featuring an above-ground swimming pool with all-steel walls, the ad in Indiana’s Kokomo Tribune said that the regular price of one swimming pool was only $39.95.

1967

What you would have bought with $100: Six wool dresses

Using a one-hundred-dollar bill, you could have bought six wool dresses to refresh your wardrobe in the late 1960s. The regular price of a junior wool dress was just $16.
