‘Cooking the Costco Way’ Cookbooks

Costco members had been looking forward to receiving their “Cooking the Costco Way” cookbook in their mail for 12 years. They arrived over the Thanksgiving weekend, offering shoppers insights on how to prepare delicious meals with groceries they brought from Costco.

As we all know, paper publications have seen a massive decline, so it’s no wonder that nowadays if you’re looking for inspiration in the kitchen you have to visit their website, in their Farm to Table section.

Looking for older recipes or a blast from the past? Luckily, Costco has archived all the old cookbooks, you just have to look for the “Cooking the Costco Way” on the Costco Connection website.

Eggs That Aren’t Cage-free

People don’t often get heated over eggs… unless, of course, they talk about where those eggs come from. After Brad Pitt sent the company a letter, pleading them to stop stocking eggs that aren’t cage-free, in addition to a column in The New York Times written by Bill Maher, the warehouse club finally changed its tune about their eggs.

On their website, they say they are committed to procuring cage-free eggs even though, as of right now, not all of their international locations do. However, if you want 100% cage-free eggs from Costco, you should buy the Kirkland Signature Liquid Eggs.
