Do you have a heavy topic that you need to bring up with someone? Never do it over text or email, even if you feel the matter should be addressed instantly. In-depth discussions should always happen face to face or, when that is not possible, over a phone call or video.
Why? Because, first of all, sending long text or emails downright rude and you’re basically saying your piece without allowing the other person any room to respond, ask questions, or require clarifications. It simply makes the process much more difficult. In a job setting, send an email requesting a meeting and let them know what topics need to be discussed.
Plus, when it comes to deep conversations you also have to be respectful of the other party’s schedule and texting and emailing doesn’t allow for that.
Even if tensions are high, you should never fight with your partner over text. Say, for example, they forgot to do something and you feel slighted. You might want to complain about it over text, especially if they’re not there with you.
But most experts say this should be avoided, especially because your tone will not be translated properly over text and your partner might read the worst into your words or vice-versa. Plus, you should give yourself some time to calm down and assess the situation with a clear mind, then sit down to have a discussion instead.

Most of these our president is guilty of doing. Tell him to read this article and maybe he'll learn. Or maybe he will convince you that his way is the correct way and that you are wrong. After all, he's the president and always right.
