Here’s the thing with fruits and vegetables. They are healthy, they are convenient, and they are less expensive. But it won’t do your wallet any good if you buy them in large quantities only to have them go bad and throw them away. Another thing you should keep in mind before buying fruits and veggies at Costco is that grocery stores usually lower prices for in-season produce while Costco doesn’t; at least, not as often or as much.
