Top 10 Cities Where Single Homeownership Rates Are At an All-Time High

As the capital and most populous city of the U.S. state of Idaho, Boise has been on many “best place” lists including the best city to raise a family, the healthiest place, the best place to retire, the best place to be practice medicine etc.

Boise is also among the cities with the most spectacular increases in terms of single homeownership rates. The numbers jumped in 2019 by 4.32% from 52.72% in 2015. Based on 2019 data, owners with a mortgage pay $1,414 for median housing cost, with a difference of $371 between owning and renting.
