9. Japanese Tea Garden

If you want to refresh your mind and have a relaxing break, you definitely need to visit the Japanese Tea Garden. It’s located in San Antonio, Texas. And yes, you guessed it, the admission is free. Moreover, if you are looking for pet-friendly places, this one is a great choice.

You can take your time to explore the walkways, the stone arch bridges, and, of course, the Japanese pavilion, that will make you feel like you are traveling all the way to Asia. The majority of the plants and flowers you will get to admire are donated. San Antonio residents donated flower bulbs for the lily pond, and the City nursery provided the exotic plants.
