Sam’s Club sells a bulk pack of Vicks DayQuil/NyQuil Liquicaps for 17 cents per capsule, while Walmart’s offer for a 24-pack is somewhere around 36 cents per capsule. Expired medications might still work, at least according to Harvard Health, but keeping them in bulk is a sure way to reduce their efficacy long before you reach the bottom of the pack.
