Our first entry is Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania, and for good reasons. Based on community reviews and government data, Chesterbrook is the perfect place for those who enjoy a slower-paced atmosphere.

The intimate feel of it probably comes from the number of residents, only 4,714. Everybody knows everybody here, and maybe that’s why it makes sense for a retiree to come to this Philadelphia suburb.

2. Holly Hills, Colorado

Holly Hills is another popular choice among seniors. Home to approximately 3,000 residents, this Denver suburb offers a small-town feel like no other. Much like Chesterbrook, you’ll also know every single neighbor of yours, and luckily, everyone seems very friendly.
