6. Bottled water
Why are you buying bottled water? If you do live in a U.S. city where local authorities warn against drinking water, we understand you, but, if that’s not the case, why are you keep putting bottled water in your shopping cart?
Tap water is perfectly fine to satisfy your thirst and will fulfill its purpose just like bottled water, namely will hydrate you. If it’s easier for you to drink from a bottle, just buy some reusable bottles and fill them with tap water.
If you think that something’s wrong with the tap water, just purchase a water filter, it will do the trick accordingly. Just don’t buy bottled water at your grocery store… In fact, from anywhere.
You’re mother and grandmother would probably not be too happy if you bought the next thing…..
