This means that it’s impossible to guarantee a product’s effectiveness or if it’s authentic or not. Opting for the best beauty products requires a lot of time and research. Unless a friend of yours bought a beauty product from a third-party seller on Walmart.com and she’s happy with it, don’t buy it.
