- Police/Military – For many of those people who are serving on the frontlines or overseas, the price they have to pay is their marriage, on many levels. The amount of suffering and evilness they see affects their ability to trust and prevents them from sharing their feelings with others. In other words, they live harsh experiences, which might increase the likelihood of developing destructive behaviors, such as addiction or adultery.
- Radiologic Technologist – Jobs within the medical community, in general, can make marriage more difficult. Workers from the medical community spend a lot of time in hospitals, and this might lead at some point to crossing boundaries with co-workers. The reason might be that you’re surrounded by smart people, or it could have something to do with the continuous interaction with human suffering.
- Traveling Sales – There are various sales jobs out there. Some of them require a good amount of traveled and extended time away from the family. Well, this may bring its unique dangers and temptations. By having to travel for work a good amount of time, brings out the possibility of making poor choices, but also puts the homemaking and parenting expectation on one spouse, while the other one is away. And this combination only leads to a potential of failed intimacy.
