2. Always check for price adjustments

The worst feeling for every shopper? When you buy a clothing item, and it goes on sale next week, or even worse, the next day. Maybe you’ve been in the same situation, and you didn’t like it at all. So, in order to prevent it, Target has a secret. According to Palmer, you can actually get the difference between what you paid for a certain item and the new sale price refunded.

For instance, if a product you bought happens to go on sale within two weeks of purchase, all you have to do is to bring in your Target receipt, and they will adjust the price for you.

Bear in mind that there are some exceptions. Just read Target’s policy to make sure to can request a price adjustment for the product you bought.
