Dubai might be a cosmopolitan and sophisticated destination but don’t ever forget that you’re visiting a conservative, Middle Eastern country. This means there are certain rules people have to comply with, including tourists, like wearing proper attire when going out in public.
Revealing too much skin, like off-shoulder shirts or cleavages, can be considered a sign of disrespect and is deeply frowned upon.
