Uber is, without a doubt, a great invention. Walking to work is probably not an option, public transportation is too crowded and it already started raining outside so looking for a cab will be a real challenge.

You have the possibility to open an app and order a cab that comes directly to your door so you can get where you need to be with minimum effort. So why bothering?

The truth is, Uber actually counts on that question. They know you will most likely choose comfort over some dollars. Moreover, the prices seem fair at first. Seeing that a drive doesn’t take more then 10$ will actually make you thing the price is great. But that won’t be the case months later when you’ll realize how much you spent on transportation.
