5. Fitbit

Fitbit is a great example of company that started because of people’s laziness. It’s basically a device people wear around their wrist that can measure their heart rate, how much they’ve walked in a day and it helps people reach their fitness goals. And it’s more popular than you think.

The main idea behind this product is that people won’t be motivated to work out or to go on a walk only for the sake of health. When it comes to this, motivation is what get you started, but discipline is what keeps you going, and discipline is really hard to achieve on your own, especially because fitness wise, progress takes a lot of time.

So, by actually seeing how many steps you walked and how many calories you burned, you feel determined to keep up the good work.
