9. Leaving Cheerful Chalk Messages
Here’s something small you and your family can do almost every day in order to spread cheer and positivity. Get some chalk and start using the huge canvas at the front of your house- the sidewalk or driveway!
Postal workers, joggers, people who are walking their pets, delivery people and everyone else in between will greatly appreciate any works of art you put out there, so let your creativity flow and leave an inspiring message for them from time to time.
10. Washing Hands Thoroughly
Can we all agree that washing our hands thoroughly is a crucial part of our daily lives? There’s no reason we should drop this habit once everything goes back to normal as we can help stop the spread of other diseases.
Experts from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say we should wash our hands for at least 20 seconds. If you sing Happy Birthday twice while you’re washing your hands, you’re all set. Just make sure you also do it as often as you can!
