Unlike Tom Cruise who got diagnosed very early on in life, Steven Spielberg didn’t actually know he was dyslexic until very, very late. However, when someone finally diagnosed him, the award-winning director said that everything finally made sense and that his diagnosis “explained a lot of things.”
What’s curious is the fact that nobody managed to figure it out sooner, especially since he was two years behind his classmates in reading.
Despite the bullying, he suffered for his condition, who’s laughing now? We’re sure all those people who mercilessly teased him as kids wished they would have kept quiet!
