4. Keeping Walking
Another recommendation that might seem more than obvious, is taking regular walks. And by regular, we mean that you should aim to walk for a least 30 minutes every day. If you don’t feel like taking a walk for that long in one go, then you can break this up into shorter strolls.
If after exerting yourself you feel a little breathless, then don’t be concerned as this actually comes with huge health benefits as it helps deliver more oxygen and blood to the brain, therefore keeping your brain cells healthier.
