Lives that we lost
The recognition of lives lost because of the coronavirus marked a clear change under President Biden. On the other hand, President Trump tried as much as possible to minimize Covid-19’s deadly toll and how fatal it actually was.
Two years into the pandemic, the U.S. has recorded over 4,000 deaths. While we hope things will rapidly improve, there are new variants of the virus developing in different parts of the world, with the new Omicron variant knocking at our door.
Hopefully, Biden’s administration will take the needed actions on time. Meanwhile, it’s best to keep on respecting all the rules and safety measures, so that you and your loved ones will be safe.
