7. Cheese Logs
In the 70s people weren’t looking only for delicious food choices, but also for practical ones. And this is how the obsession of forming food into shapes started. Cheese Logs were a great party recipe, as well as a quick mid-day snack.
They are made by mixing different kind of cheeses and rolling them together in a shape. Then, the cheese mixture is dipped into different spices to form a crust, which was made from different herbs or walnuts. They were usually served next to crackers.
