On the other hand, eating out frequently was actually associated with a higher mortality rate. And it’s not just about the foods you eat; the activity itself has life-lengthening properties.
The more often you choose to cook at home, the higher the chances of living a healthy and long life. Plus, restaurants or fast-food chains don’t have the healthiest options on their menus. So what will it be? Dining out or cooking inside?
