Processed snacks

Repeat after me: processed food is not good for my health! You might think you’re not paying that much for processed snacks at warehouse clubs, but this time, it’s not the price that matters. It’s the fact that they come in large quantities and no matter how hard you try to save some for later, you’re going to eat it sooner or later.

Instead of buying warehouse club versions of processed snacks that will only make you eat mindlessly, try the smaller, supermarket version. If it’s not as cheap, consider the difference in price as a tax on your binge eating.
