1. Costco
Yes, yes, we were all saddened to find out that Costco had to hold back on their selection of free samples. But given current events, we have to admit it was also a pretty smart move. Plus, they’re coming back soon, so this is just a temporary goodbye.
Now, back to the topic at hand! Did you really think we wouldn’t nominate Costco for our list? There’s literally no better place to shop for items in bulk. All you need is one shopping trip, a good shopping list and you’re good to quarantine for another couple of weeks. In 2020, more than ever before, it makes sense to really go all out and shop at Costco.
Costco employees have also always been open about how safe they felt working there. In the midst of all the chaos, the warehouse club provided them with even more measures. By providing masks, restricting the number of shoppers allowed inside, and generally trying to enforce social distancing rules, Costco really did prove they care about more than their bottom line!
More than that, they were able to keep the food court open as well, providing excellent services and affordable items across the board for thousands of families across the U.S. If you didn’t have a membership card up until now, we highly recommend you sign up for one!
