Of course, not many would be comfortable with such a huge undertaking, so the program also offers $5,000 for people who would prefer to rent, provided you do it for at least one year.

This isn’t the first and it probably won’t be the last time this region offers such deals, but it’s definitely one you can take up right now if you’re tight on cash and would like to get away from a COVID-19 hotspot.
