The money will come from the Newton Housing Initiative, while the sum depends on the value of the house.
In addition to that, you’ll also receive what is known as a “Get to Know Newton” package worth $2,500.
We can’t help but wonder how many people joined the initiative since its inception in 2014, but it has undoubtedly helped to encourage housing growth in Newton.
