Test the water
Similar to a soil test, a water test can give more information about the quality of your tap water. Water can contain small amounts of contaminants but also dangerous substances such as lead, bacteria, which can produce permanent damage. If you have a private water supply, a water test is even more important because your water isn’t subjected to the same regular inspections and tests like public water supplies.
