Going to your local gym might not be a good idea right now, considering that COVID-19 cases are rising again in the country, so you might be tempted to buy some expensive gym equipment… However, don’t do it; it’s not worth the money.
Plus, it has been proved that exercising at home can’t give you the same results as exercising at the gym. So, you’ll most likely use your gym equipment as a coat rack in a matter of time. If you are determined to exercise at home, use your imagination!
