Papyrus

Greeting cards are a staple of the Holidays and more. Birthdays, anniversaries, overcoming sickness… there are many events that need to be commemorated with cards and Papyrus was one of the best place to shop for them.

Of course, other than the unique cards you could also shop for wrapping paper, ornaments, stationery, journals, and other small gifts. We loved shopping for stocking stuffers from Papyrus, but perusing the brick-and-mortar store is a thing of the past.

If you want to get your hands on Papyrus classics then your best bet is visiting their online store since all their physical locations are now closed due to the company declaring bankruptcy.

Brookstone

Brookstone fans had to say goodbye to the company in 2018, at least in terms of physical locations. You can still shop online, but it’s just not the same. Perusing through the store in search of headphones with cat ears or other funky gifts was what made Brookstone great in the first place!

And who could forget taking a break and relaxing on one of their massive massage chairs? We’re still wondering if anyone ever bought one of those, as they were ludicrously expensive!
