Mattresses
If you’ve been shopping for a new mattress, you know they don’t come cheap. Given their prices, it’s no wonder many people opt for less expensive products, says Joseph Hogue, an investment analyst and founder of the blog My Work From Home Money. But by choosing a cheaper and less qualitative version, you risk having an uncomfortable sleep every night.
Not only are your precious ZZZs worth all the money but you’ll also be saving big bucks in the long term as a good quality product will last way more than a cheaper one which needs replacing sooner than you could say “Have a good night”.
What to do
According to the mattress-buying website Goodbed, the starting price of a quality, a queen-sized mattress is $1,000. If you’re thinking of buying a new mattress, don’t rush into purchasing the first one you lay your eyes on. The best time to purchase a mattress is around the holidays, such as Labor Day and Memorial Day, when they’re on sale and you can find really good deals on high-quality products, suggests Hogue.
