5. Heating food up
Next time you are happy about finishing those leftover noodles you have in your fridge, don’t rush to just put them in the oven or microwave. When we are heating our food up, we are used to put everything together and wait for it to reach the right temperature that will leave it tasty.
But that’s not enough. Many times the food will be warm on the outside, but cold and tasteless on the inside. For example, if you want to heat up some pasta, put it in a circle, leaving the center empty. That way it will heat up evenly.
