18. Luxury Cars
When we think that the vast majority of luxury cars are really made with higher-quality materials, you may be tempted to say that the price is reasonable. Well, it isn’t. You can still have a luxury car for much less.
Just compare a Chevrolet Tahoe (a luxury model of a mid-level brand) with a Cadillac Escalade. Both share similar if not the same mechanical components, but the Tahoe ($53,800) is much cheaper than the other luxury model ($76,195).
Besides, luxury cars need premium gas and come with expensive repair costs. Not to mention the rates of car insurance…
