According to Revenue Management Solutions, the first round of stimulus checks increased the sales of most restaurant chains by as much as 12 percent. The trend didn’t disappear with the second stimulus check either. Luckily for the Horeca industry, as temperatures rise, people tend to spend more time outdoors, so they could expect another increase in sales.
