Drift: Regular Sabbaticals

Sabbaticals are not unheard of, but most companies still don’t offer them as much as they probably should. Drift, a Boston-based sales and marketing company, offers all 500+ employees one-month sabbaticals after working for three years, and every three years after that.

This is a great way for workers to relax and reset, especially after working in such a difficult industry.

A spokesperson from Drift noted how workers use these sabbaticals. Most want to spend more time with family and friends. Others have taken motorcycle trips across Vietnam, moved to Cape Cod, took an extended honeymoon to New Zealand or Australia, among other things.
