Axios and Workfront: Mental Health Days

Discussions about mental health have been more and more prevalent nowadays. Thanks to them, some companies have started realizing how important taking care of one’s mental health is. Among these companies, we also count Axios and Workfront.

Workfront, a software company, and Axios, a U.S. news site company both offer employees one day a month to take care of their mental health in order to recharge their batteries, so to speak.

This is especially significant now during the coronavirus pandemic, when people have been under unprecedented levels of stress. After their mental health days, employees came back to work feeling better and more positive, allowing them to work better and faster than before.
