People use the popular social media website LinkedIn in order to expand their professional network. So it comes as no surprise that a business that focuses on other companies and employees would know exactly how to keep their staff happy!
In 2015, the company announced that they will be introducing DTOs, meaning discretionary time off. Basically, employees do not have a set minimum or maximum amount of vacation time they can take in a year.
Though this may sound like a revolutionary new concept, it’s not uncommon among big businesses. In fact, Netflix, Roku, Kickstarter, Evernote, and Workstars have all offered their employees the same perk!
