These Have Got to Be the Best and Strangest Employee Perks!

Chesapeake Energy: Free SCUBA Certification

Chesapeake Energy is one of America’s largest natural gas producers. With under 2,300 people under their employ, it would make sense for them to take good care of their workers.

The company boasts a 72,000-square-foot fitness center, which offers employees personal training, physical therapy, group classes, the opportunity to train on a climbing wall, nutritional counseling, a sand volleyball court and a walking track.

But plenty of other companies offer similar facilities, albeit at a smaller scale. However, the Oklahoma City company takes it one step further and also offers an Olympic-size swimming pool, where employees can get SCUBA-certified for free!
