How many of you have learned to bake bread during the pandemic? This is due to an increased interest in home baking and, well, flat-out boredom.

For many households, yeast became a hot commodity, even for those who’d been ignoring the stuff for years. In fact, sales went as high as 400% and by the time the craze swept the nation, people that were just getting into baking could barely find any yeast.

It wasn’t just bread that we learned to make. Many of us have taught ourselves how to make the perfect pizza, too! What remains to be seen is if this trend will persist even after the pandemic ends.
